▸ Who do you work with?
I work with people who feel unsettled, out of place, or disconnected from themselves—often, but not always, due to living abroad.
Many of my clients have moved to a different country and are navigating culture shock, identity shifts, or the challenge of building a life from scratch. Others may feel “uprooted” for different reasons:
– A major life transition (career change, relationship shift, motherhood, etc.)
– Living between cultures or in a cross-cultural relationship
– Returning home after time abroad and struggling to re-adapt
– Feeling emotionally displaced, even if they haven’t physically moved

If you're looking to feel more grounded, confident, and aligned—wherever you are—coaching can support you.

You don’t need to be a traditional “expat.” If you’ve moved and feel the need for clarity, support, or grounding—you’re in the right place.

▸ What topics can I bring to coaching?
You can bring anything that feels confusing, heavy, or important to work through. Common themes include:
– Feeling unsettled, disconnected, or emotionally “elsewhere”
– Navigating a life transition (career change, relocation, motherhood, etc.)
– Making hard decisions about staying, leaving, or starting something new
– Feeling lost in your identity or unsure about your direction
– Rebuilding confidence or motivation after a big change
– Struggling to feel “at home” in your life—even if you haven’t moved

You don’t have to have the “right” kind of problem—just something on your mind or heart that you’d like to explore. Coaching helps you move forward with more clarity and self-trust.

▸ What languages do you offer coaching in?
I offer sessions in English and Czech.

▸ How is coaching different from therapy?
Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. We explore where you are now and where you want to go. It’s not therapy and doesn’t involve diagnosing or treating mental health issues.
If deeper emotional or clinical support is needed, I will gladly refer you to a licensed mental health professional.

Sessions & Booking

▸ Where do the coaching sessions take place?
All sessions are held online via Zoom. Once you book, you’ll receive a private link to join.

▸ Do you work with clients in different time zones?
Yes. I work with clients globally and offer flexible time slots. If you don’t see your preferred time, just reach out—we’ll find a solution that fits your schedule.

▸ How long is a session?
Each session is up to 60 minutes long.
However, if after 30 minutes you feel you’ve gotten what you need for the day, we can pause and use the remaining 30 minutes another time.

▸ How do I book a session?
You can book directly through Work with me section. After choosing your time slot, you’ll receive confirmation, Zoom access, and payment instructions.

Pricing, Packages & Payments

▸ What are your prices?

  • Single session – €120

  • 3-session package (“Root to Belong”) – €330

  • 6-session package (“Rooted”) – €600

Each session is up to 60 minutes, but packages are time-based, so you can split your sessions into shorter blocks (like 2×30 mins) depending on your needs and capacity.

▸ How do I pay?
Once you book your session, you’ll receive an email with payment details via bank transfer.

  • Clients within the EU (SEPA zone):
    You’ll receive my IBAN and BIC/SWIFT details. Standard euro bank transfers within the SEPA zone are quick and cost-effective.

  • Clients outside the EU:
    International bank transfers are also possible. My Finom account accepts payments from outside the EU using IBAN and SWIFT. If you're unsure about the process from your country, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to guide you.

Payment is due prior to your session and confirms your booking.

▸ What’s your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the session with no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

▸ I’m not sure if coaching is for me. Can we talk first?
Yes! I offer a free 20-minute discovery call. It’s a chance for us to meet, talk about what you’re looking for, and see if we’re a good fit—no pressure.

▸ Do I need to prepare anything for a session?
No special preparation needed. Just come as you are, with a topic, question, or challenge you’d like to explore. I’ll guide the conversation.
